| Meadowlands Xanadu East Rutherford, NJ Clients: Engaged by Colony Capital Acquisitions; Architects: Rockwell Group and Adamson Associates Architect Meadowlands Xanadu, currently under construction with a projected opening of August 2009, will be a unique family entertainment, sports, retail, office and hotel complex. The proposed 2.2 million square foot mixed-use destination venue will be divided into 5 Districts: Sports, Entertainment, Fashion, Food & Home and Youth. Working with project architect The Rockwell Group, Tim Hunter Design has been a part of the conceptual development and realization of thematic concepts, interactive elements, signage systems, events programming and technology infrastructure project-wide.
