ORLANDO, Florida, June 22, 2009 – Tim Hunter Design received a 2009 ARCHI-TECH AV Award at InfoComm in Orlando, FL on Wednesday, June 17th. THD was recognized for their exciting and innovative video content featured on the complete exterior surface of the new Waterfront Tower at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City.
ARCHI-TECH partners with InfoComm International® for the annual ARCHI-TECH AV Awards program, now in its seventh year. The program honors outstanding examples of the creative and effective integration of technology into otherwise traditional construction projects. This year's AV Awards winners again pushed the boundaries of technology and architecture.
THD’s motion graphics designers redefined the Atlantic City skyline by creating media content that could be seen for miles and understood as a seamless stream of emotion and evocative imagery across all four facades of the Resort. With this project, Tim Hunter Design has merged art with visual communication to create a truly unique media experience on a grand scale.
