LAS VEGAS, Nevada, February 26, 2009 – Tim Hunter Design is the recipient of the 2009 Content Award presented at Digital Signage Expo in Las Vegas on February 25th. THD was selected for the design of innovative and exciting video content on the complete exterior surface of the new Waterfront Tower at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City.
THD was selected from a field of 78 entrants based on the following criteria: (a) The content successfully delivered the intended message; (b) overall production quality and (c) creativity in the use of new or unique content elements and/or technology.
"We are pleased to present the 2009 winners who have distinguished themselves in this exemplary way," said Chris Gibbs, president of Exponation LLC producer of Digital Signage Expo.
Dubbed the world’s largest outdoor display, our motion graphics designers created media content that could be seen for miles and understood as a seamless stream of emotion and evocative imagery across all four facades of the Resort. The resulting architectural statement truly redefines the Atlantic City skyline. Architecture and media have converged and Tim Hunter Design is leading the charge.
